The Board Room | Board Members Driven Discussion

We will discuss many of the questions, comments and real-world stories submitted by Florida board members. This month’s prime focus centers around suggestions involving association amenities, sent in by our previous attendees, as well as emails received. Some of the questions we will address:

1. What should an unsupervised fitness center contain?
2. Can delinquent owners be barred from using amenities?
3. Have you seen clubs exclude people, and if yes, how do they do that?
4. How have you heard of associations raising revenues (to help offset regular assessments) in unique ways?
