The Course is a primer for Building Managers and Building Owners. It covers the typical parts of a concrete repair project from the initial hiring of the engineer though the construction phase. Mr. Giglio also touches on the state requirements for Phase 1 and Phase 2 Milestone inspections which often lead to a concrete repair project.
