This course will provide attendees with information on the responsibilities and the options that are available to associations to enforce the restrictive covenants in their communities, as well as tohighlight the legal remedies and procedures set forth in the Florida Statutes when addressing alleged violations.

  • discuss the contract administration process, including the importance of reserve studies to protect the interests of the HOA members
  • identify the required human resources, their roles in the painting project, and the selection considerations to ensure
    the best fit for the project
  • explain the reasons for painting including, maintaining aesthetics and value of the community and protection of the
    substrate, and
  • review the best practices to improve the paint performance and outcome of a painting project.
