A practical understanding of how to evaluate, maintain, and plan for these critical infrastructure systems from developer turnover through long-term ownership. Attendees will learn how to navigate the HOA turnover process, understand an engineer’s turnover assessment, identify roadway types and components, and recognize common pavement distress and evaluation methods.

Check-in 7:30am. Program & Breakfast 8am-9am.

There will be door prizes and delicious breakfast for active CAMs and community association board members who register and attend. In order to register and attend you must be an active and licensed CAM or a current Board Member for your Community Association.

  • discuss the contract administration process, including the importance of reserve studies to protect the interests of the HOA members
  • identify the required human resources, their roles in the painting project, and the selection considerations to ensure
    the best fit for the project
  • explain the reasons for painting including, maintaining aesthetics and value of the community and protection of the
    substrate, and
  • review the best practices to improve the paint performance and outcome of a painting project.
