At the end of this program, participants will be able to:

  • state the key elements of the planning phase for HOA or Condominium community paint projects that will facilitate a durable, long-lasting paint job
  • discuss the contract administration process, including the importance of reserve studies to protect the interests of the HOA members
  • identify the required human resources, their roles in the painting project, and the selection considerations to ensure
    the best fit for the project
  • explain the reasons for painting including, maintaining aesthetics and value of the community and protection of the
    substrate, and
  • review the best practices to improve the paint performance and outcome of a painting project.
