This month’s prime focus centers around suggestions involving association amenities, sent in by our previous attendees, as well as emails received. Some of the questions we will address:

• What should an unsupervised fitness center contain?
• Can delinquent owners be barred from using amenities?
• Have you seen clubs exclude people, and if yes, how do they do that?
• How have you heard of associations raising revenues (to help offset regular assessments) in unique ways?
