Association Reserves began preparing Reserve Studies in Florida in 1992 and has developed a unique understanding of the needs of community associations throughout the Southeast U.S. and the Sunshine State. We are proud members of the Community Association Institute and other industry organizations, and have developed a strong reputation among management companies, accounting and law firms and other industry professionals for our accurate, comprehensive and user-friendly Reserve Studies. For our efforts, we have been chosen as a Readers’ Choice Award winner by the Florida Community Association Journal each year from 2013 to 2019.
