As managers and board members, dealing with conflict is a major part of the gig! You’ll learn how to diffuse conflict between angry residents, and pivot to solution-driven tactics. Attendees can also expect to learn best practices for handling bullying, and high emotions. Last but not least, we’ll learn how to avoid making the most common mistakes that come with managing people, property and politics including being accountable, following up, setting clear goals and resistance to change to name a few!
